Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their orders free of charge within 12 hours from the time the order is placed.

After 12 hours, orders can still be canceled; however, a cancellation fee of 3% of the total order value will be applied to cover processing and transaction costs.

Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Before your order is shipped, you may request changes free of charge for the following information:

• Recipient name
• Contact phone number

Requests for modification must be sent to our support team as soon as possible. Changes are not guaranteed once the order enters the shipping process.
