Order Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their orders free of charge within 12 hours from the time the order is placed.
After 12 hours, orders can still be canceled; however, a cancellation fee of 3% of the total order value will be applied to cover processing and transaction costs.
Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
